The TFG Diversity Initiative aims to make TFG more inclusive to students of all backgrounds regardless of previous finance experience. The diversity initiative leadership team regularly hosts trips and panels to connect students with diverse alumni who thrive in a variety of fields within finance. The initiative ultimately seeks to facilitate mentorship, prepare students for the diversity recruiting process, and empower underrepresented communities in finance.
