Since its inception in January 2021, Tufts Investment Banking Club (TIBC) has served as the main organization at Tufts for students interested in placing into Investment Banking (IB). TIBC is recognized for its 97% placement success rate for junior year Summer Analyst Internships for the 2023-24 recruiting cycle. TIBC's alumni network is growing each year, allowing members to benefit from insights into current strategies for the IB recruitment process.

Accelerator Program

TIBC is Application Based.

The Accelerator is a selective, 3-semester mentorship and training program beginning the second semester of freshman year.  It is designed for motivated Tufts first-years and sophomores committed to preparing for the IB recruitment process. The Accelerator conducts biweekly educational meetings, hosts guest speakers, and provides networking/recruiting opportunities.  Members also benefit from rigorous training in accounting, valuation, M&A concepts, and financial modeling.
